My hedonist ways have taken their toll on me. The late nights, high cholesterol diet and smoking have resulted in a high blood pressure reading of 140 / 90. My blood pressure readings a day after registered the same figures. That means I am a candidate for chronic hypertension and that I may need to micromanage what I eat, exercise religiously and quit smoking.
